- If you have a lot of apps on your iPhone, you might want to take some of them off but keep them on iTunes for later use.
- Plug your iPhone into your computer and start up iTunes. Make sure you've clicked on your iPhone under devices, then click on Apps.
- You'll see all of the apps that are on your iPhone on the right, with all of the apps available on your iTunes account listed on the left.
- You can remove apps from your phone by clicking the X in the corner of each app's icon.
- To add an app back, click the checkbox beside each app on the left.
- Click Apply to finalize your changes.
- Plug your iPhone into your computer and start up iTunes. Make sure you've clicked on your iPhone under devices, then click on Apps.
- You'll see all of the apps that are on your iPhone on the right, with all of the apps available on your iTunes account listed on the left.
- You can remove apps from your phone by clicking the X in the corner of each app's icon.
- To add an app back, click the checkbox beside each app on the left.
- Click Apply to finalize your changes.
