- If you look at

Safari 4.0

and don't see tabs it means that they aren't turned on.

- Click on the "gear" icon and select Show Tab Bar.

- To open a new tab right click on the Tab Bar and select New Tab.

- To move tabs around you simply left click on the tab you want to move.

- Hold down the mouse button while dragging the tab to where you want it.

- When it's in place just release the mouse button.

- Under preferences you can set how Safari acts when you open new tabs or new windows.

- There are a number of options available and you can pick the ones that suit you best.

- Tabbed browsing makes it easy to check multiple sites at one time and allows you to move between them.
