Taking photos and videos

- You can access the camera function by pressing the dedicated camera button on your device or by selecting the Camera application.

- Once the camera is on, you can tap the + or - buttons to zoom in and out, press the camera/video button to toggle between stills and video, or the gear icons to access options.

- The options that you see in the camera options menu vary largely based on the hardware manufacturer, but you can usually turn anti-shake on or off, turn the flash on or off, etc.

- Tap the camera button to activate the video recorder or to take pictures.

- Select Pictures from the Start menu to see pictures and videos that you've taken as well pictures that your friends have shared through social networking services.

- You can change the background image for your photo album by tapping and holding and choosing either change background or change it for me.

- Go to pictures + camera under the Settings menu to access camera settings. This includes turning on geotagging or GPS data, activating quick wake and more.

- When looking at a photo in your photo album, you can choose to share the photo, add it to your favorites, use as your background and more.
