- You can use RunKeeper to keep track of your workouts.

- Sign up for a free account and then click on Post New Activity.

- Despite the name, RunKeeper allows you to keep track of a number of activities.

- Select the activity that you performed and any equipment you used, if appropriate.

- Next, add the time, date and additional information like distance and average heart rate.

- You can also add a map, which is useful for biking, jogging, etc.

- The activities that you enter will be logged in your history.
