Tweak Windows Vista for people with disabilities

Using a computer can often be frustrating under the best of circumstances. Just think, however, how it seems to someone with visual or auditory disabilities. Things happening on the screen that they can't see, sounds playing that they can't hear, and so on. Ease of Access Center gives powerful tools to people with these types of disabilities so they can use a computer more effectively.
