When you're working with text you may want your

TextExpander Snippets

to be inserted immediately. Or, you may not. Whatever the case, TextExpander can adjust. You can control when and how

TextExpander Snippets

are inserted: as soon as they're typed, after the spacebar or return key is struck and so on.

Show Notes

- Open TextExpander by opening System Preferences and then clicking on the TextExpander icon.

- In TextExpander click on the Preferences tab.

- Click on Set Delimiters to see which ones are set by default.

- If you wish you can add additional delimiters.

- Using the drop-down menu you can also

determine if the delimiter

is kept or discarded.
