What's the point of having a media player if you can't have it look and feel the way you want it to? Winamp gives you loads of user configurable options so you can make it your own. It's easy to make Winamp look and act the way you want.

with our tutorial series
- Open Winamp.
- Click Options, skip over Skins for now, and click on Visualizations.
- You can start or stop a plug-in, configure a plug-in, or select a plug-in.
- Click Options and then Equalizer.
- Set the equalizer the way you want for different music types. You can save your settings load them.
- Decide if you want Winamp Always on top of other windows.
- Click Options and then click Appearance where you can determine what details Winamp shows.
- Click Songticker and decide how or if you want it displayed.
- Click Window Sizing to select how you want Winamps windows to behave.
- Click Notifications to determine how Winamp notifies you.
