- If you use Twitter and want to keep track of what you eat then you might want to check out TweetWhatYouEat.com.
- Once you sign up you'll be able to connect your Twitter account.
- Enter what you ate, the amount of calories and when you ate it and it will be entered into your food diary.
- While in Twitter, type "d TWYE" followed by a food item and it will be entered into TweetWhatYouEat but won't go out to your followers.
- You can add numbers after an entry to indicate calories, commas to separate items, and the # symbol before a number to indicate your weight.
- On TweetWhatYouEat you can also add foods to your Do Not Eat list by clicking the red strike-through circle.
