- An input device is what you use to interact with your computer.
- Two traditional input devices are keyboards and mice which you should be familiar with.
- These devices generally connect through USB port and are either wired or wireless.
- Wireless devices can connect through RF wireless or through BlueTooth. See more on BlueTooth here.
- Going wireless does reduce speed which is important in some cases, especially in gaming situations where milliseconds count.
- Mice come in many varieties. Some have trackballs on the bottom, some are LED based, some have trackballs on the top of the mouse, etc.
