If you like to do frequent

updates to Facebook and Twitter

you can do them easily. Just talk to the

Vlingo iPhone app

and send the same update to both sites or send a unique update to each. And best of all, you never need to touch the iPhone keyboard.

- You can download Vlingo from the Apple App Store.

- Once installed just tap on the Social icon in the lower right portion of the screen.

- You can

View Twitter

- In order to view either you have to provide your login information.

- You don't have to view either site in order to do a voice update. Viewing is optional.

- Select the site you want to update by tapping to the left of it.

- When you see a blue dot to the left that site is active.

- Press the blue panel and speak your update. The panel turns red.

- When you're finished tap the red panel.

- If you're happy with your update just tap Update Status and you're all set.
