- To see if your PC can run Windows 7 download the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor
- To find out if your processor is 32- or 64-bit Download SecurAble
- If you're PC can't run Windows 7 then you'll need to either upgrade or purchase a new machine to run Windows 7.
- You may want to create a dual boot system where you maintain your XP partition and create a new Windows 7 partition.
- You may want to use Easy Transfer to copy over some of your settings.
- You may decide to just get a completely fresh start and start out brand new.
