, you'll need to decide whether to start fresh, moving your workflow from XP to Windows 7 losing the former in the process, or you can opt to "dual boot" Windows XP and Windows 7. - You still have to install programs and data in Windows 7 partition.

- You still have to install all your programs and data.
Start Fresh

- Everything is completely new.
- Hard drive is formatted and fresh.
- Old settings don't get in the way.
