Using email on your BlackBerry
The BlackBerry's killer app is email. The BlackBerry uses what's called "push email" which automatically sends new emails to your device as they arrive. It also handles common email attachments. In this installment of the BlackBerry Basics series, we'll show you how to use the email on the BlackBerry Storm, along with some useful tips and tricks.

- Inside the Setup menu, choose
email settings.
- On the web page that appears, input the login information or create a new account.
- To access email, click on the Messages application icon.
- To
open an email, tap the email in the inbox.
- Click the
BlackBerry key and choose Compose Email to create a new message.
- You can also send PIN messages BlackBerry to BlackBerry, send an SMS, MMS or instant message.
- You can also create messages directly from your Address Book.
