Show Notes

- By default, you'll have your Hotmail icon on your Start screen, but you can easily access mail from almost any account email provider

- Go to the Settings menu and you'll see a button called email & accounts. Select that.

- Select add an account and pick the appropriate email provider. Enter your address and password.

- Once an email address has been added, it will appear in your list under email & accounts.

- Select an email account to change details about it, like what the account is called on your phone, how often the phone will check for new email, etc.

- Your email account will be listed in the apps menu according to what you named it.

- Tap on your email account to go to your inbox. Click the + button to compose new emails.

- When composing an email, you can also choose to add attachments by tapping the paperclip icon.

- To send an Office document, you need to open the Office application and find the file you want to send. Click more beside the edit button and choose send.
