Show Notes

- Click on "create new" and then select "form."

- Click on the "theme" button and you can preview other themes that may better suit what you're using the form for. When you find one you like just click on apply.

- Give the form a title and a description, then hover over the first section where you can add a response and click on the pencil icon to edit it.

- Save it when you're through and invite others to view the form by inviting them via email.

- You can view responses as a summary or on a spreadsheet.
