- If you are waiting for a price drop on an item then you can use Google Alerts to set up an alert that will email you when the item is advertised at your desired price.
- This is a little trick, so the way you go about it is to go to the Google menu and choose even more>> under Services and then Alerts when you're logged into your Google account.
- You'll want to know the exact name of the product you're looking for because this is what Google will look for in order to send the correct alert.
- Enter that into the text box.
- Choose where you want Google to search, how often you'd like to receive alerts and the email address you want it sent to.
- Click on Create Alert and now, when this item is posted online for the price you entered, you should receive an alert telling you so in your inbox.
