Here, we show you

how to use Google Search

from

Gmail Labs

. When you

enable Google Search in Gmail

, you create a button that you can use while

composing an email

to start a Google search without actually leaving your message. You can then

copy and paste search information

right into your email.

Show Notes

- First, click on the Labs tab in your Gmail account.

- Scroll down until you see Google Search and click Enable.

- Click Save Changes and continue using Gmail.

- Now, while you're composing an email, you can click the Search Web button to start a Google search without leaving your message.

- Your search window can also be popped out of Gmail to make searching easier.

- The results of your search can be pasted into your email, as can the URLs of your search results.
