Thanks to the iPhone's big touch screen, you will have noticed the distinct lack of buttons on the device's face. In fact, there's only one button on the front of the iPhone. Here, we'll show you how to access and make the best possible use of the iPhone's often maligned on-screen keyboard.

- The iPhone's QWERTY keyboard automatically appears any time you are in a text field.
- The keyboard will automatically capitalize the beginning of sentences.
- To access punctuation, touch the .?123 button.
- To capitalize a letter, tap the shift key on the left of the keyboard before tapping the letter.
- The iPhone will suggest spellings of words.
- Pressing the space bar will accept the suggested word.

JUST A HINT! If you want a widescreen keyboard with bigger letters, just turn the iPhone on it's side. It's then much easier to type!
