- Missed calls and voicemail messages appear in the top info pane of your BlackBerry.
- You can answer an incoming call by pressing the green pick up button or ignore a call and send it straight to voicemail by pressing the red hang up button.
- To return a call, tap on the entry in your Messages pane, press the BlackBerry menu button and select Call from the menu.
- In a call, you can tap the appropriate button to put the call on speaker, mute your side of the conversation, flash to an incoming call open another line or add a participant for a conference call.
- To call from the Address Book, select the appropriate entry in the address book, press the BlackBerry menu key and select Call.
