, there is an option to do that. There are certain steps that need to be followed to verify you own the domain, but we'll walk you through it in this episode where we show you how to use your

own domain on Google Sites

Show Notes

- If you own your own domain, you can have it point to your Google Sites page.

- Click on More actions, then Manage site and click on Web Address.

- Enter in the domain URL that you own.

- You must own that domain and there are some steps you need to follow in order for this process to work. To see how, click on Learn more.

- This shows you the steps we show you here but there's a link here to learn how to make CNAME changes.

- There is a change that needs to happen within your domain registrar so it knows where to point the web address to.

- After you complete this, it should take about 24 hours for the changes to take affect.
