Nested folders? Seems like an odd term doesn't it? Is it a folder with straw in it? Held together with mud? Predictably, no, no it's not. Michael "Doctor File Finder" Callahan tells us just what the term "nested folders" means.

- In our example, we begin with a folder called Butterscotch Related.
- Inside of this folder is another folder called Newsletters.
- The folder Newsletters is said to be "nested" inside the Butterscotch Related folder.
- Inside the Newsletters folder, there are a number of other folders and these folders are nested in the Newsletters folder.
