Bluetooth

is an interesting name for an open wireless protocol. Bluetooth allows you to connect devices like a mobile phone and a wireless headset to talk hands-free, a mobile phone and another mobile phone to share data or even a mobile phone to your computer, often called "tethering" to surf the Internet when away from your desk. Bluetooth is most commonly used to connect devices and transfer data over short distances.
