Show Notes

UPDATE: Facebook has begun rolling out new and simplified privacy settings for some users. Many of the tips in this series still directly apply however.

- By default, your Facebook friends list is available for everyone to look at.

- You may want to change this for privacy purposes.

- To do this go to your profile and, near your friends list, click on the edit button (shaped like a pencil).

- Here you can change how many friends will be displayed on your Facebook profile.

- You can also uncheck the box here so that your friends list is not visible.

- You can also choose to have some friends be visible to everyone, always.
