By adding contacts and groups to Jott you make yourself more efficient. You can send text messages and emails right from your phone quickly and easily using just your voice. This allows you to send a quick message when a voice call isn't warranted but allows you to focus on the main task at hand... namely, making sure you don't wreck on the freeway.

Go to the Jott Web site at target="_blank">http://www.jott.com/.
- Login to your Jott account and move your mouse to the Contacts section on the right-hand side.
- You can Invite people already in your Contacts to try Jott and you can click Add Contacts to add new people to your list.
- In the Quick Add screen you can add up to five new contacts.
- Contacts who have both email and phone listed receive both types of messages, those who only have one contact method only receive one.
- With Groups you can send the same message to a group of people quite easily.
- When you call in to Jott you just say the name of the contact or group, verify that it's correct, and then at the beep state your message.
- Login to your Jott account and move your mouse to the Contacts section on the right-hand side.
